Huge Week of New Releases!

BigRelease_040718

We are a busy little company. As we mentioned the other day, we are shipping a ton of books right now! In the midst of shipping all the pre-orders and Kickstarter orders, we also have some products hitting stores. This week, look for these new releases at your local store or in our online store. Except for the new Treasure Chest – that’s a retailer exclusive, so you can ONLY get it at your FLGS!

Check out our retail locator to find a store near you. And if your local store doesn’t have a Dungeon Crawl Classics point of purchase display make sure to get one!

Now in stores this week:

DCC #96: Tower of Faces

The Rodney Award-winning adventure from Gamehole Con IV, now a Level 6 Adventure for DCC RPG.

The adventurers have been summoned to a mysterious black tower made of glass. They are given a simple mission: protect the mage’s estate while he is distracted weaving a mighty spell. Surviving the five days of his spell casting requires quick wits and sharp blades, for the estate has mischievous guests and strange visitors. In the end, the mage demands one final task: stand by his side as he binds a great horror from beyond!

Tales From The Magician’s Skull #1

Tales From the Magician’s Skull is a printed fantasy magazine dedicated to presenting all-new sword-and-sorcery fiction by the finest modern crafters in the genre. These stories are the real thing, crammed with sword-swinging action, dark sorceries, dread, and ferocious monsters — and they hurtle forward at a headlong pace.

Issue #1 features fiction by James Enge, John C. Hocking, Howard Andrew Jones, Aeryn Rudel, Bill Ward, C. L. Werner, and Chris Willrich. The magazine is edited by Howard Andrew Jones. Each story is lovingly illustrated by industry stalwarts, and issue #1 features art by Jennell Jaquays, Doug Kovacs, Willam McAusland, Brad McDevitt, Ian Miller, Russ Nicholson, and Stefan Poag.

Original Adventures Reincarnated #1: Into the Borderlands

This tome is an homage to the origins of adventure that began decades ago with B1: In Search of the Unknown and B2: The Keep on the Borderlands. Herein you will find high-quality scans from multiple printings of the original first edition adventure modules, plus commentary by such gaming luminaries as Luke Gygax and Mike Mearls.

Full fifth edition conversions of both adventures are included, as well as brand new additional adventure locations to further expand and develop the Borderlands. This is a fully playable mini-campaign to start off your new fifth edition adventures, with a distinct old-school vibe.

Dungeon Alphabet 4th printing

The Dungeon Alphabet compiles inspirational tables on classic dungeon design elements to assist the game master in creating subterranean challenges. The 4th printing is expanded with 16 pages of additional content for a total of 80 pages.

Check out some of these great new features:

  • Sewn-in satin ribbon bookmark
  • Gatefold page with “starter map”
  • Endsheets in “TSR blue” ink with beautiful art by Peter Mullen

GMGTC2-TreasureChest-DCC2

The 2nd DCC Treasure Chest

This new limited set contains 10 DCC modules at 50% off cover price plus a collectible, re-usable hand-painted “treasure chest” box designed by Stefan Poag. Again, this is only available in limited quantities!

Act now or you might miss out. And if your local store can’t get this one, make sure they get the first DCC Treasure Chest while it is still available!

What an AMAZING list of new products! These are some of the most anticipated books we’ve ever had from our company, and they are all coming at you in a big clump! And there is still more to come! This truly is the Goodman Age of Games…or at least a really cool week from us. Probably that latter, actually, but it’s still a great list of product.
