GrapeApe’s Reaver Express

Goodie Award-winning Judge Matt Robertson (aka GrapeApe) and his intrepid adventurers return to finish out the year with more liveplay DCC tonight!
Last sessions broadcast was undermined by an underperforming computer but the Order of the Chicken pushed onward, letting nothing come between them and freeing the Shrouded Fen from the curse. The party descended the once more into the temple from an alternate entrance, finding a room with a pool of clear, blue water. With reliefs on the ceiling depicting Kayassit, a manifestation of the moon god Shul, they determined the water was holy and would aide them in defeating the corrupted creatures that pollute the temple. The adventurers battled a corrupted hoard of rats before stumbling upon a reenactment of events long forgotten from two ghostly figures. Smelling gold in unexplored rooms to the south, the party was surprised by a snakeskin blanket that came to life. Barclay, the cleric of Carpessa, was bitten and an unknown poison flows within his blood. Will the group find and end the curse upon this land? Will Barclay succumb to the poison and perish painfully? Tune in Friday in an episode I like to call Revenge of the Wronged!
