Big Bad Con Recap!

Our very own Jon Wilson was in attendance at Big Bad Con this weekend, he reports:

Hello! I’m Jon Wilson — you may know me from such shows as Picks from the Print Mine, V for Velveeta, and Doctor Who Let This Guy In Here. I happened to notice you weren’t at Big Bad Con this past weekend, so please remain seated with your cell phones silenced while I tell you about it.

Big Bad Con was held just south of San Francisco, California, between September 28th and October 1st, hosting over a 1,000 attendees for four days of all-things tabletop gaming — and Goodman Games was there — joined by no less than Goodman Games adventure author Stephen Newton himself!

Thieves and Halflings were cast into prehistoric times by temperamental hardware! Clerics and Wizards appeased angry elementals with a profundity of food and companion animals! Jackal-things were made to fall madly in love with adventurers (thus allowing everyone to live)! It was a weekend of exceptionally unexpected turns of fate, to be sure!

We’d like to thank Ezra and Sean and the entire Big Bad Con team and volunteers for putting on an excellent convention. If you have some free days and are in the area next year around this same time, consider jumping in on the fun —  we hope to see you there!
