The tiny village of Bitterweed Barrow is unaccustomed to mysterious tunnels, missing halflings, or the need for brave adventurers. Can a band of villagers muster the courage to descend into the darkness and confront the terror that waits beyond Nebin Pendlebrook’s unexpectedly perilous pantry?
1:00 pm EST – Event 33 – Portal Under the Stars (DCC RPG)
Seeking wealth and escape from their peasant lives, the characters investigate a supernatural portal that appears only once every half-century when the stars are right. The portal leads to the burial tomb of a war-wizard of eons past. The characters must enter to fight and find their destiny!

Towering obelisks stab the sky. Monstrous knights with blazing lances prowl the night. Huts burn and entire villages are taken as slaves to be fed to darksome pits. The cries of terror and panic give the horrors a name: the Beakmen have come!
But you are no mere peasant or serf, cowering in the dark. You and your companions are reavers, with bloodied blades and spells wrenched from the dreams of demons. You stride through chaos while others flee, turning your steps towards the great stone obelisk, the source of the beakmen and their alien magics.
Whether for the cause of justice or merely to acquire these strange blazing weapons for your own, tonight there shall be an accounting: a blazing brand thrust into The Shadow of the Beakmen.

A mysterious roulette-style wheel appeared at a local temple. Although the bishop initially assumed it was just a prank from the local bard’s guild, he started worrying when the wheel started granting wishes. The PCs were sent by the regional lord to investigate the situation. (Lvl 4 PCs)

Your party hears the song of a forlorn dryad in the woods, she asks you to save her friend, a sprite who has vanished into a portal hidden within a forest grotto, entering the portal you find yourself in a place of artifice where the stars shine on you through a great glass dome! (Level 2 Adventure)
