It might be the most relaxing place in the southeast, but we went in with no intent on taking anything easy!
Goodman Games kicked off our swing through Arkansas with a stop at the fantastic Steadfast Hobbies and Games in Hot Springs for some Dungeon Crawl Classics madness! In the end, it came down to five brave warriors making a stand against evil with no support—except for 55 velociraptors. Thank you very much to the management at Steadfast Hobbies and Games for organizing a great night of gaming!
Then we made our way to Spa Con, situated in funky downtown Hot Springs, AR. This show attracts some of the biggest talents in acting, art, cosplay, and game design. So we sent Judge Brendan LaSalle to go meet them and try to pick up some tips and run some DCC RPG for the fans.
Heroic legends were born, demons were slain, and a young dwarf finally achieved his dream of becoming a dentist. A fine batch of DCC insanity! And Brendan even got some styling tips from a dragon. (Not that he needed it…but he totally did.)
