A recent radstorm had your village huddled in shelters, waiting out the lashing rain and sleeting gamma rays. After it clears, you go out onto the shore by your village and can see an island several spear throws away, risen from the depths, with a broken wooden vessel lodged on its shore. A dying, fishy mutant, washed up on the beach, tells you of the wonders they found on the island…(1st lvl)
