Our very own Matt Robertson reports from last weekend’s FallsCon:
The Goodman Games booth was rolling crits in Wichita Falls, TX, along with 500+ other attendees who enjoyed the bevy of games, prizes, and activities that FallsCon provided! Highlights from the convention, for this attendee, were the console video games that made me feel like I was back in a mall arcade, the huge variety of board, miniature, video, and roleplaying games that were offered, and all the amazing costumes from all the great cosplayers. Not to mention that the food from local restaurants in the area was 5 stars and one restaurant named The Catch, even offers you your first 3 alcoholic drinks of the given choices, on the house!
Players sent their characters forward to challenge the Caves of Chaos on the Borderlands and even did something I’ve never seen before . . . (highlight the line below if you don’t mind a spoiler for Frozen in Time):
> I finally got to see a group of adventurers heal, feed, and befriend the yeti in Frozen in Time!
