A Great Time at Cincy Con!

This past weekend, March 1-3, around 700 gamers from the Tri-state region (Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky) gathered for the annual CincyCon game celebration! Board games, wargames, and roleplaying games were in abundance at the Butler County Convention halls A and B, along with the screams of victory, wails of defeat, and general exuberance of all in attendance.

Goodman Games was in attendance, along with a lot of great third party publishers who print under the DCC and MCC licenses! Ed Stanek from Raorgen Games, James Pozenel from Horse Shark Games, Nick Baran from Breaker Press Games, and Luau Lou from Dandylion Games all delivered some phenomenal DCC and MCC games for packed tables. The Tri-state region is a hotbed of third party publisher activity, so conventions in the area often feature secret playtests and wonderfully imagined settings, but to have so many prominent publishers at one event was really something special.

Excitement for the con was palpable, and we we’d like to thank our dealer liaison Michael Cooper for making us feel welcome and comfortable! Further, thanks to the rest of the OINK (Ohio, Indiana, Northern Kentucky gamers association) staff for putting on a great show and eagerly making plans to grow the show in 2025!
