The island of Magium was once sizable, both of length and of the quality of its people. The Blemmites had developed a society based on knowledge, arts, philosophy, magic and worship. From the moment the Blemmites were born they were marked, living in servitude to Sar-Shamur only to die having their souls consumed by their island god, who was hungry for any crumbs of knowledge or secrets they may have accrued in life.
This adventure begins with the characters shipwrecked on a strange island surrounded by strange people. To survive they must ally themselves with the Blemmyae (a playable variation of human) against the mutated inhabitants and their surviving captors.
The Burrows of the Blemmyae is intended for a group of 3 to 4 players, with each player controlling 3 0-level PCs, with an extra 0-level Blemmyae PC per player. Some will die and some will let themselves be killed.
Includes new monsters, encounters, and patrons for its unique island setting.
