RIP Steve Irwin

I'm sure most of you have probably seen this on the news or on other bulletin boards but I just wanted to say how much I am going to miss Steve Irwin (aka The Crocodile Hunter, killed yesterday by a stingray while swimming off the Great Barrier Reef). Say what you will about his methods of getting up close and personal with dangerous wildlife, there was no denying his drive, commitment, enthusiam and flat-out love for animals and the conservation of wildlife. I for one almost felt he was indestructable - RIP Steve.

It is definitely sad news, granted with his life style it seemed bound to happen.

I just saw this. Anything posted down here I figure is spam.

He will be missed by lots of us. I wish more people had enthusiam to that degree in what ever they do for a living.
