I just read a report by Jeff Rients about playing the DCC RPG. (http://jrients.blogspot.com/2011/03/few ... mages.html)
I just want to commend Harley and Joesph for including the use of spell cards in the game. From my own playtest having aides like those is going to be vital to the success of the DCC RPG. Variable spells effect is a big part of the flavor of the DCC RPG and these cards will just make it easier.

Re: Spell Cards and Handouts at Garycon
Thanks Rob. Yes, as we move further along we keep finding ways to make it easier/simpler to play. The final printed product will feature all these tools we've come across to make the games easier. All these playtests are definitely helping to figure out the right path!
