Question on Tiamat

Post by papaholdy »

Is the Tiamat mentioned in DCC 23 diffrent then the Tiamat of D&D legend (multi-headed chromatic dragon queen who ruled a layer of hell)?

Tiamat is an actual character from Bablyonian mythology:

As for the Tiamat in the DCC module, you can choose to make her the same as the D&D Tiamat, or treat her as a separate element of the Bablyonian pantheon -- it's up to you.
