DCC RPG this Saturday in Pasadena

Post by reverenddak »

I'm running a DCC RPG game this Saturday in Pasadena in support of the World Tour.

Signups at Warhorn:

It'll be the start of a loose campaign, previous adventurers can play in future games.

Maybe we can plan some sort of Northern Invasion some weekend this summer and road trip it down there  . It wouldn't be a world tour without some fans travelling from show to show heh

If you did that, I'd plan something good. Even find couches for folks to sleep on, etc. My calendar is getting packed. I used to organize gamedays and minicons back in the RPGA/Living Greyhawk days. I'm kind of itching to put something together, somewhere cool or crazy.

Hmm, perhaps a motel somewhere along the central coast...something kinda dated or even dingy. You know, with character :P Then we can just run games in the rooms and bring like card tables or something for GMs and coolers for refreshments.

Do any of you camp? I know places. I also have a fancy table. And we burn it down after.

once stayed in a pretty divey place in Monterrey. And you can check out Tor House and Hawk Tower in Carmel to get in the medieval architecture mood.

Keep me in the loop if you actually plan anything solid . It would be great if Dieter and I somehow showed up.

Joe and I did some camping and gaming in the Genesis part of the DCC RPG.

I've got divided loyalties on the west coast. A neutral ground between north and south might be key to a visit ....
......LAX is always the cheapest flight from Chicago though....

Middle of the Mojave somewhere, I have a couple places in mind. Early Spring or Late Fall would be best. It's WAY TOO HOT in the summer, and WAY TOO COLD in the winter... I like the idea of a rundown hotel somewhere too, I just may do both. We'll see.
