Old School Mash Up

Post by ragboy »

I'm running three semi-regular games now, so I had to drop one back to a "modified published" campaign just to save time. Here's my mash-up plans so far:
  • Gabor Lux' excellent fan-produced write up of Zothay from Wilderlands. It's a town, but has definite Lankhmar/Appendix N smells and looks to be a great home base
  • Barrowmaze as the intended "default mega-dungeon" located just a half a day away. After all the talk, I had to get it and I like it a lot. There's some mods that need to happen for DCC, but overall, it's a solid mega.
  • Temple Lair of the Lizardmen -- from JG Treasure Maps I -- only because it leads so nicely into...
  • N2 - Tomb of the Lizard King -- I'll have to do a bit of work on this one, but it's in the ballpark
  • Halls of Tizun Thane (from White Dwarf Scenarios I) -- So much fun built into this one.
  • Possibly some rip of Stonehell with some Rappan Athuk spice -- there's a abandoned prison/dungeon mentioned in the Zothay book that makes this a layup -- Probably won't use all of either, but dig out some good stuff in an "All-Star Mega" kinda way.
That should keep them busy.
