Pen-Paper.net, an online RPG resource, has opened voting for their 2004 Pen & Paper Fan Awards. This unique award format is a chance for RPG fans to vote directly on their favorite RPG products from the preceding year. There are no committees or nominations; the results are straight from the fans.
