Level 0 Funnel Advice: small party/ limited time

I need a *short* Level 0 funnel for *2 to 3* players with *8 to 12* characters! THANKS! :D

LOTS of 1st Level adventures work well as a Funnel, without even changing anything.

You could even adapt a 1st Level adventure from D&D or another game.

I don't know of any *short* Funnels. But then again, maybe we have different definitions of *short*...
