"Hmm. Let's have the Thief scout ahead?"

"No need to wait for him. Just a bunch of scrap hanging from the walls."
Axes still out, Jep will check behind the tapestries. Starting on the right where we entered the room.

It is mostly brickwork behind the tapestries, but there are areas where the brickwork is missing, exposing damp soil, skittering insects, pillbugs, and the oozing ends of worms.

Does it look like something's been tearing through here, searching? Hamun Ry is looking at the old blood stains suspiciously... wondering if they're evidence of some deathtrap. For example, spears shooting out of the walls (where the missing bricks are?) or ceiling, or floor, etc.

Maledict strategically positions his head over Hamun Ry's shoulder, in a (futile) effort to understand what the warlock is looking for.

Yoros will peruse the tapestries, and compare them to each other. There may be an 'odd one out' that is inconsistent in it's iconography or composition. The goat man may feature in one, perhaps, even if hidden behind a tree or similar... Also, he looks for the mystery symbol tucked away somewhere in the imagery.

Travič stays towards the center of the room, searching for traps (and trying to avoid blood stains) on the green marbled floor. He makes his way ever so slowly towards the southern exit.
Find Trap 2
+ 8 = 10.

It appears as though the missing brickwork is merely caused by deterioration of the structure; there is no sign of a trap or real violence to the walls. Likewise, Travič finds no sign of a trap on the floor.
As Yoros examines the tapestries, however, a sinister aspect to the woodland frolic begins to emerge – some of the frolickers are dancing around a fire within which green body parts burn. Ugly green heads, like that of the being slain in the other room, are seen mounted on poles and tossed up into trees. In one section, a bear is defecating on a large green corpse, while in another a trio of fauns appears to be juggling using arms severed at the elbow as pins. These last are not green; they are human.

"Elves," Hamun Ry says, scowling. "They are not to be trusted. They'd probably just as soon eat us as talk with us. And we're likely trespassing in this sacred place. Keep your blades at the ready."
There's a south exit here? What's beyond the doorway/archway/whatever?

There is a southern exit....an archway that leads to a corridor curving gently to your right. Because of the curvature, you cannot see far down it, but there is a sort of blue-green shimmer on the left-hand wall, about as far down as you can see.

Maledict raises an eyebrow, taking his eyes off the tapestry. But he then simply moves towards the corridor with the greenish light, sword at the ready.
- Let's see if elves or leaf-giants are here.
He waits until everyone is ready, and unless anyone objects, he leads the way into the curving corridor.

The corridor goes perhaps 50 feet along a gentle curve before emerging into a vast chamber lit with a soft, wavering blue-green light that shines from the pool dominating its southern end. The room is shaped like a fat crescent, at least 150 feet
from tip to tip and 60 feet from north to south. The floor is covered with soft-looking violet grass, and the arching walls and ceiling – 20 feet overhead at its apex – are covered with thick pinkish-red moss and flowering lianas. The pool itself is speckled with greenish duckweed, and brightly coloured fish can be seen swimming in its depths. A pair of swans floats gracefully upon the surface of the glowing water.
The corridor enters onto the eastern "point" of the crescent. There is another corridor exiting from the centre of the crescent to the north, and one more arch roughly midway between that other exit and the way you are entering, also to the north.

"...That light -- is it from a pool of water? Or is it something more...?"
Yoros looks to Hamun, and follows his lead.

Staring at the depictions of butchery on the tapestries, Jep smirks in respect. "These elves are true artists... see how they make the cuts just so?"
After a few more moments of silent appraisal he will follow Maledic into the corridor.

- Violet grass... Beware where you step. And if those are normal ducks, then Rupert the Imp was a wizard himself!
Maledict waits before entering the room, that those with magical abilities speak their mind.

Out of idle curiosity, how are you carrying your poor departed dwarf?

Hamun's bringing up the rear with the Halfling.
He's toying with the idea of trying to cast detect magic again.

Half-dwarf, half-giant.
Maledict is not carrying him. Maledict didn't notice Rupert's demise, on the slopes of the hill, as he prodded him to move quicker but poor Rupert couldn't take it. His body remained on the hill where he fell for the last time. His last comment about the imp assumes that he's still alive.

Travič stiffens as he enters the odd chamber.
"Swans. I hate swans."
His dagger is posed ready to strike.

Rick wrote:"Swans. I hate swans."
"They're quite tasty if prepared correctly." Jep idly twirls his handaxes, longing for something to strike with their keen edges.
"This scene does appear somewhat... unnatural."

The swans and fish continue to swim, unruffled by your presence. A breeze seems to ripple the water here and there, although you do not feel it. Of course, you are still some distance from the pool.

Maledict observes the room for a bit, but seeing that no one reacts, he moves forward slowly, sword drawn, into the violet grass.
He hums a tune under his breath, about a knight long dead and long forgotten to most men, that Lily taught him.

Yoros is intrigued by the pool. He strides forward, scanning the walls, ceiling, floor and in all directions as he goes. His gait is like that of a farmer on his way to work; he is neither rushed, nor dallying, but moving calmly and determinedly to his task.
As he passes the first 'exit' it glances down it (or regards the door, if it is blocked).

Glancing to the north, you see perhaps 10 feet of corridor, giving way to a once-opulent space now seemingly ruined. You catch glimpses of bones on the floor.
The grass is springy underfoot, and soothing to your feet. As you look about, seven lovely elven maidens surface in the pool. They have pale blue-green skin and golden-green hair. "Prithee, fair mortals," says one, "who art thou, and what dost thou in this place?"

Positioning himself behind the others, Hamun Ry says "We come seeking the waters of life, that can restore the dead. We are not enemies, though it seems you've been attacked by some creatures. But tell me, do you know how we might enter the tower?"
