Any recommendation for a sandbox ?

ideally, I am looking for something in which I can fit Doom of the Savage Kings in it as I plan to use Hirot as the PC campaining base.
I guess I could also fit the Emerald Enchanter as another adventure location.
What else would you add as I want to give my players some choice in their next adventure.
