I think I found an error Page 10 (page 18 on the PDF viewer).

In the very last line of that page it says: "Travel speeds in the mountains are reduced
to 1 mile per hour (1 hex per three hours traveled)."

I should be 1 hex per six hours traveled, right?

Yes, you are correct. 1 mile/hr is 1 hex per six hours. Good catch! There were many eyes that looked that manuscript over many times, unfortunately we missed that one.
