The Emerald Enchanter- Labyrinth Lord Rules PBP

I just started a PBP game at the Goblinoid Games forum. The Emerald Enchanter. Im using Labyrinth Lord rules, but all the characters will be 0 Level villagers. 5 players, 3 characters each. A mob of angry villagers have had enough of the Emerald Enchanter and have decided to storm his citadel.
Im not sure 15 villagers will be enough. I was thinking of adding a player or giving them each an extra character. I have prisoners that can be rescued if it gets too tough.
Im going to tone down the major besats like the Tile Guardian, but most creatures will be kept as is.
