Death Rituals
I like the idea of having a specific ritual for character deaths. The rubber stamp is a good example, but it could be more elaborate. I like to cue some bagpipe music and ceremonially inserting the character sheet into the Valhalla file (to await the end of time). What do you do when a PC dies?

Re: Death Rituals
This past August I sent them across the room to gong out, just like Tim “Killer DM” Deschene does here.

From Spellburn podcast: Dead characters are taped to a column at the game store and left for all to peruse! Love it.
Re: Death Rituals
if Im playing a game online I like taking my character sheet to mic (off camera) and tearing it in half, then show the players on camera the torn character sheet.
