Minimum luck?

Can I burn luck down to 1? Or is the minimum luck score 3?

Why not? I let them go above 20 too. But burning down to 1 is like signing your death certificate. Yeah, you might survive something, but very bad things are going to start happening with you.

There are no stat modifiers below 3 so that is probably not what was envisaged.
You could do it I guess but absolutely everything that could go wrong will now go wrong to that character and if it was me your stat modifier would be -4 for LUC 2 and -5 for LUC 1 so unless the character is a Thief or Hobbit (and probably even if s/he is!) you are virtually guarateed to be dead before you get enough LUC back to stop this continuous series of lethal calamities. You can't even hid somewhere safe cos with luck like that nowhere is safe
