Rolling the same corruption twice

Are there specific rules in place for what happens when a wizard rolls the same type of corruption twice?

Do they roll again or do they get lucky in the fact they don't have a new type of corruption.

I'd just make it more corrupt-y. Double it, in size, number, luminosity, whatever.
