Hey Yall,
(prefacing this with yes, yes "fear no rule")

Would love an "official answer" in terms of the DCC world
Goodman created...I'd love to know his vision / protocol on this:

Size of races and their equipment....
Seems like every game has a different vision of what is small/medium/large
in respect to Elf,Human,Dwarf,and Halfling.

I houserule that all races use the same "size " for weapons...
Its just easier for us all to deal with rather than breaking down the size of the weapon.
None of my villains will be holding "small" damage daggers even if they are halflings.
I and my players can agree on this.
Its the armor thats tripping me up.
Mainly for the logistics of who gets to wear what armor.
So I'd love your guys opinions.
Do you poulate your world with 2 different sizes of armor?

Humans,Elves
and
Darves and Halflings


or 3 sizes?

Human,Elves

Dwarves

Halfings


Ive also seen systems where
Humans=large, Elves,and Dwarves are medium, and halflings are small.

I have every race have its own size of armor. I initially merged humans and elves, but then I saw the "unusual physiognomy" clause in the Recovering Armor section of page 96 of the DCC RPG Rulebook.

Look at page 96 of the book under Recovering armor. It talks about finding armor and Demi humans. I would just do the roll at the time they recover it but that is just me .

yes that clears up at least 2 sizes of armor in his vision.

But does Demihuman size fit all elf/dwarf/halfling,
elf/dwarf seperate than halfling, or one for each race?

Mainly I'm interested in how other solve this or if they just
ignore it completely.

I might just use luck after that. Depends on how generous I am feeling .
