I want to make sure I'm getting a handle on things and I appreciate the help.

Let's say we have a 5th level warrior with a 15 Agility. He is fighting with a longsword in one hand and a dagger in the other.

Would this be correct?
Primary hand 1d16 and 1d12
Offhand 1d14
+d7 rolled once and added to all rolls and damage if hit
+ other possible modifiers like from a high str score

So three attacks with the dice above?

My reading of the rules, relying on a passage from page 95 of the book "two-weapon attacks are less likely to hit, but may make two attack rolls where he would normally make one."

The Warrior in your example would attack as follows:

First Action (d20 action die) = primary hand 1d16, secondary hand 1d14.
Second Action (d14 action die) = primary hand 1d12, secondary hand 1d10.

All strength or relevant luck modifiers apply to each roll, and the d7 Deed die applies its single roll for the round to each attack made and damage.
