Cleric Spell Selection
Could not find it in the book. Table 1-5 shows how many spells a cleric knows at each level. Wizards spells are determined randomly. Is that also how to determine which spells a cleric knows? (With exceptions based upon finding a cool ritual in play, etc.?)

May I also point out that you do not need to have a consistent rule for this. The clerics of Pantheon A might have random spells, while those of Pantheon B might get to choose from a specific selection. Do whatever you want to make the campaign world(s) interesting. If the random-vs-set spells is a factor in your world (I am increasingly thinking that this is a good idea), then that is also a choice facing the player when choosing to create a cleric.Ravenheart87 wrote:It's up to the Judge. Re: Cleric Spell Selection
I have my players roll them randomly, and that is what they have. Unlike D&D, they don't get different ones daily.
