Goodman Games

Hi, new to the game, but been a DM for a few years. Been looking around for some sort of blank NPC/Monster sheet but unable to find anything. I like to format a blank sheet to use on index cards so they are easy to package up and categorize after more than a handful have been created.

Any thoughts or links to something I may have missed? What are you guys using to organize custom monsters/npcs?

I've just been using regular index cards with the monster/NPC's stats written on them. I also made index cards with the PC characters on them so that after everyone's rolled for initiative, I can just stack the cards to keep the chaos in order (ha).
