DCC World Tour 2013 - Define the Buckle

Ok, so I am just about to send in my 5th and 6th DCC RPG World Tour submissions to be run at Big Bad Con and that is definitely exciting... I could run just another game at Big Bad Con to achieve the mighty belt buckle, but no! That is not in the spirit of the game! I have had my sights set on this buckle for months now and I want to make the next game something special.

SO,I need your help as I write a special adventure to be run for my 7th World Tour submission. I want someone to define the mighty DCC World Tour Buckle in game terms. The module will center around this mystical and powerful magic item, so make it a doozy :P

Are the characters going to start out with the item, or are they questing for it? {Important question, because if they get to use the item during the game it's powers and effects will need to be moderated a bit. If they are questing for it and it only shows up near the end of the adventure then you can afford to let the item be a bit more powerful. Something that makes it possible for them to defeat the big bad ugly at the end of the module for example.}

I've some ideas, but it would help to narrow down the design criteria a bit... :mrgreen:
