Similarly, I get the bottom controls cut off with Firefox and no way to scroll down to them.

Lastly, I rolled the d7 A LOT of times and it was very biased towards 6 and 7 results (clearly so by eyeballing the results). Just how random is the algorithm you've used?

BTW, it's an absolutely fab app and I'd gladly support its development.
Thanks for the feedback Stainless. I'll check into adding double clicking for the browser version.

Is there any way you could send me a screencap of what you're seeing with the bottom cut off to:

info AT purplesorcerer DOT com

(And what resolution are you at?)

As for the randomness of the roller... I'm just using the standard Flash rand function, which I believe is seeded off your computer's constantly changing clock. It should be more than random enough for our purposes... and I can't seem to recreate the issue on my end. But let me know if it persists!

Thanks Alex!

I looks like it's just simply a height issue with smaller screens. For a number of esoteric reasons, I need to hard code in the height/width of the program, rather than have it expand and contract based on the user's window. For now I'll simply create a number of different sized versions for folks to choose from to find the best size for their system.

For smaller screens, I would try:
http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_550.htm

The screen size options currently are:
micro: http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_320.htm
small: http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_550.htm
medium: http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_650.htm
large: http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_750.htm
larger: http://purplesorcerer.com/crawler/crawler_850.htm

I'll be updating the crawler homepage with links to the various screen sizes: everyone should then just bookmark the size that works best for them. :)
