I would like to know if the offical setting for DDC will be the Known Realms ?

I find the answers in the beta rule : Aereth is mentionned so, yes the RPG Games will be in the setting of Known Realms

It will be interesting to see how this all shakes out, as it seems a little awkward to have a default setting be one that needs to be converted to a game system.
I assume that once the rulebook gets finalized then Goodman Games will go back and re-write certain sections of game material so that new publications of Known Realms Aereth will reflect the correct rules set, but I don't think that Joseph has announced a timeline or product line yet.
I'm guessing this will be a high priority, however.
