Gaining luck

The book talks about gaining luck, by doing things the gods favor, are there any details to that the GM section? I couldn't find it

I think it wasn't released in the beta. I'm already seeing I'm going to need to wing it soon as my players are spending it like it's going out of style (or the only thing that will save their level 0 character against the half-ogre).

Many Judges' rules are not present in the beta, which may be an attempt to see how people houserule things, or may merely be simplifying the beta so it's more digestible...

I hope not. I'd prefer that it is just a lack of time. Although with a November release date, I wonder just how much the beta can affect the rules... The manuscript probably has to be finalized by end of July at the very latest date.
