All copies of the gold foil edition do included the limited-edition module, DCC #66.5: Doom of the Savage Kings. But I'm afraid the opportunity for a free PDF has ended.

Is there a way we can verify that we are set to the gold foil edition? I was one of the folks who pre-ordered before there was a gold foil option and then upgraded. But, I never received any kind of receipt that said that I had upgraded.
