My players and I finally had our first game session last night and it went very well. Everybody was really happy with how the game played out. :)

And the only question that really came up was about the various types of armor. Is there any reason (besides in game/roleplaying) that every character wouldn't wear light armor (since there are no penalties for doing so)? And, more to the point, is there any reason you wouldn't wear leather instead of hide (again, other than in game/roleplaying reasons) since both are light but one gives d4 while the other gives d6?

Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything. :)

There's no restrictions on wearing armor. If the player feels his character would wear such armor, and the character has the money or stole it off a dead person, it's his. There is a restriction on heavier armors, like plate cuts the Evade DP (close quarters dodging) in half.

I figured as much but wanted to make sure before I told my players it's just a matter of characterization and taste. Thanks for the info. :)
