Tournament Rules re. VotDK

I picked up VotDK a little while ago, it's been an entertaining read and I'm very much looking forward to running my players through it to see how they stack up against other groups out there. Going through the adventure though, I notice some information seems to be unclear or missing altogether. There's a point score for number of rooms explored. That infers to me that there must be some sort of time limit for each round. Is that true? If so, what is it? Also, in 'Crypt of the Devil Lich', dead or injured PC's were restored to health between rounds. I can't find anything about that in the text of this adventure. Is there no opportunity for the tournament characters to rest, heal and rememorize over the course of this immense adventure? I'm assuming I've overlooked something here...

Yes, in the tournament there was a 4 hour time limit for each round. Characters were fully healed and all their disposable items (potions, scrolls, charged magic items) replenished between rounds. If a character died in a particular round, he was brought back to life for the next round but with a negative level (ie -1 attack, -5 hp, -1 skill and ability checks, -1 saves, and, if he was a spellcaster, lost one of his highest level spells or spell slots).
I guess they assumed everyone was familiar with the tourney rules.

I wonder if there are pdfs of the gm scoring packs available for VotDK/CotDL that could be released.
I have my hard copy, but I was under the impression that the actual scoring was a secret. As in, how to score points in the tournament. That might give an insane advantage to a team that visits the website in a future tournament. But I suppose we could change the way we are scoring and hte types of things you can score points doing.

The tournament modules list the scoring once they're published. For example, DCC #13 lists the scoring for each room, as does DCC #30. Although every year we seem to forget to mention some details of the tournament, as pointed out above: time limit... I think we forgot the death penalty... and so on. Next year we'll get it right, dammit.

Yeah, it would be cool to have all that, I'd like to run some of the DCCs that have been at GenCon torunament style that I have played in and see how some of my friends score that didn't get to go.

I'll be running my group through the last round of Vault sometime soon...now that I have some wonderful Dunjinni maps from Superfan...

Cool, thanks guys! I'm looking forward to running VotDK for exactly the reason jfrenia offered; it'll be good to see how the boys stand up to a standardized test of d20 metal. I've also lent 'Crypt of the Devil Lich' to one of my players (resisting the urge to peek further than the opening notes for months ;') to see how I stand up as a player... Looking forward to the humbling experience.
