Locations for DCCs #36+ ???

Is there any place (possibly with a map...) where DMs could find the "official" locations of the DCCs #36+?

If not: a simplified online map* of Áereth with marked locations for all published DCCs would be *very* nice...

The modules themselves! Every module from 36 onward includes a blurb describing its location (look for the sidebar titled "DCC World"). And starting with #41, as you'll see, we've put the back covers to good use by including a color map inset showing where the module takes place.
