James,
Its your creativity and attention to details like this that makes me so eager to see what you do with your WL material.

Thanks Treebore!
I haven't been so excited by a new setting, such as Known Realms, in, well, a long time. The Goodman Games team did a fantastic job on capturing the classic style -- there are elements from just about every classic setting to be found here, all wrapped in a whole lot of brand-spanking new cool stuff. I read one part, it reminds me of Greyhawk. Another bit, Mystara. Yet a different entry, Wilderlands. Yet it is still altogether the Known Realms.
If I can get a casual game going up here, I will likely use the Known Realms for the setting. It helps to play a game in a setting you are not working on... clears the mind, churns the creative juices, and give you inspiration and insight into your work you'd not have had otherwise.
Of course, finding a game up here in the wilds of Wisconsin is not easy...

I know the feeling James. I'd have to be willing to travel 54 miles one way to find a "regular" game. Fortunately my wife and 3 kids are my group now, since they are all old enough to play now.
