Also just saw auctions by the same seller for DCC #4 and #5.
Not sure if they are first ed or more recent.

No need for anyone to watch these auctions. I'll be buying them and I don't need anyone running up the price. Nothing to see here folks.
Just kidding. But I will be watching those auctions and I'll buy them if they go for cheap. Something tells me they might end up going for more than the $0.99 starting prices.

I won't be competing. I'm not a collector and I already have them as a d20 or C&C version.

Ditto here, though I think I've become a collector on these DCC's. At any rate, I won't be bidding on these. I have both versions of DCC #3, and my copies of DCC #4 and #5 are "bagged and boarded".
I do have a few gaps to fill in my DCC collection, though.

Yes, I'm lucky enough to already have these as well and I'm not in the mood to speculate at the moment. Now if you'd said 3.5 or 20.5 there could have been real trouble.....

If anyone's looking for this rare find, check it out! DCC #0 limited print version, not the store version.

Bagged and boarded?
Dude, these things are meant to be USED! And as often as possible!
Oh well, I'm glad to see the company's reputation for good adventures such that folks will bid on a module that's only a few years old.

Tacojohn4547,
I have to take back my thoughts about bagging and boarding your modules. Having just re-organized my library and pulling out my modules, I found stacking them in "comic book boxes" does nothing but bend the spines and begin the shelf worn look.
Seems like I'll be eating crow as I slowly invest in those bags & boards.

Ha ha ha! No worries, Jedi. I'll start you off on small portions of crow....
I didn't bag and board my gaming material back in the day, though of course now I wish I had. But I found that, when I got back into gaming a few years ago after a long hiatus (say from 1997 to 2004), I decided to take better care of my material so that it will last another 20 or 30 years. Ha!
I still don't have everything bagged and boarded, but I'm close. Of course, with the technological advances that we've seen, what I like to do for those modules that I really like and which I'm pretty sure I'm going to run is to buy both the in print version and the .pdf version. The printed version stays nice and crisp in its bag, while I print off a copy from the .pdf version that goes into a three-ring binder for use in my games. Its funny, but I really didn't think I'd get into the .pdf thing until I started running Necromancer Games' Rappan Athuk. I really like having that bad boy in .pdf when it comes time for running the game.
cheery-o,

PS -- Jedi, I'm interested in your opinion on the 1E conversion of Iron Crypt that we did for GenCon. Once it ships, I'd be interested to hear what you liked and didn't like in the converted version, either here on the boards or via email. Thanks in advance.

Ditto, what Taco said. Let us know where the 1e version falls short.

Thanks for your interest in my opinion. I need you guys to talk to my family and co-workers!
Seriously, I don't know what justice I can do, but I will read both versions as soon as the new one arrives so I can have a fresh feel for the 3.5 and the AD&D modules. I'm so excited to see small stat blocks for monsters and NPCs again!

I dunno......your reading appears thorough, your reviews are insightful, you seem to have a good grasp of what makes a good adventure, and what makes an adventure good. You have, in my opinion, complete independence, so you have nothing to gain from being anything but upfront and honest.
I'd like some honest feedback from someone with those credentials.
Thanks again in advance.
