This is frustrating and hasn't happened to me on Goodman boards before. I thought this was a small enough community to avoid the spammers . . . sigh.

We do a good job of scraping them off the board like the human barnacles they are, but it's a constant arms race between updating security and them getting better at what they do.
AFAIK, no board is too small for their auto-dialed notice. I'm on one with about 12 members and we get (different) spam on it.
Prolificus has been banned, but we should all be wary.
