Rolling > 30 on Table 1-2: Luck Score
Since you add your Luck score modifier to your d30 die roll on Table 1-2, what happens if your total is > 30? Which Birth Augur and Lucky Roll apply then?

Re: Rolling > 30 on Table 1-2: Luck Score
I believe the premise of your query is incorrect. One does not add the Luck modifier to the 1d30 roll on table 1-2.marksolino wrote: ↑Wed May 27, 2020 10:46 pm Since you add your Luck score modifier to your d30 die roll on Table 1-2, what happens if your total is > 30? The sentence that begins
does not refer to the roll on table 1-2, but rather the result of your 1d30 roll on table 1-2.This "lucky roll" is modified...

Re: Rolling > 30 on Table 1-2: Luck Score
Exactly: the [result of the roll] is modified by your Luck Modifier.
Also note, sometimes things say modifier, and it might be talking about modification or it might be talking about a Modifier, as in the little +/- 1-3 based on an Attribute score.
Like, Halflings don't share their Luck Modifier, but they can share a Luck modifier, as in a modifier to rolls that's derived from burning Luck.
