Looks like GenCon is releasing event lists early, and in phases. They released a small initial list today...which happens to contain the DCC tournament description (sounds like an awesome event is planned for this year, by the way):

I know this question is probably premature (since they still have several more phases to go through in listing events), but...are there still plans for an XCrawl tournament this year?

I can't. My crystal ball was changed in 4E. Now I have to roll to hit with it, it works as a per encounter ability, and only divines 1 encounter into the future.

I heard the DCC tournament this year was "The Glacial Rift of the Frost Gnome Jarl". Frost Gnome Lurkers and Berserkers, Polar Badgers, and a Solo White Pseudo Dragon. ...does that sound right to you?

Ummm...yep. That looks about right.

I've heard rumor that the new Dungeon Crawl Classics series will include the tag line :
