Where is my Redwood Scar pre-order ?

I have pre-ordered the Redwood Scar product the 31th october to help BlackMoor game products development.
At this day i have received nothing of my order so i have sent a lot of emails to
info@goodman-games.com with no answers.
Now i need an answers asap or a refund of my money

Hi Pascal,
Your order was shipped on December 4, along with all the other Redwood Scar pre-orders. Your order was shipped via surface mail, as are all our international orders. (That's how we keep our international shipping costs the same as for USA orders.) It generally takes 4-6 weeks for surface mail to arrive, so you should be receiving it within the next week or so.
I have never received an e-mail inquiry from you. I can think of two possibilities: there's a connection problem somewhere between our e-mail; or your e-mails contain a virus that gets blocked by my system. (I don't use a spam filter at all, because it tends to block too many real e-mails, but I do use a virus filter.) If you ever don't receive a message from me, you can also try
goodmangames@mindspring.com, or, of course, post to these forums, which you've already discovered!
Hope that helps. If it doesn't arrive in the next 2 weeks, let me know and I will send out a replacement.

I have sent 5 or 6 emails to
info@goodman-games.com in HTML format (transfer of paypal email) and text format. I am sure that there is no virus

I've seen international mail arrive as quickly as 2 weeks and as slowly as 10 weeks, so my guess is it's still en route. Surprisingly, I've never had an international package lost, although I have had domestic packages become lost!
But you probably don't care about that. Please give it until February 9 to arrive. If you don't have it then, e-mail me (and post here, too, given our e-mail issues), and I'll send out a replacement via international priority (which only takes a few days).

Hi Raskal,
On March 6 I sent a replacement via international priority mail, which should arrive in 4-7 days (putting the beginning of the arrival period right around now). I threw in some freebies to make up for the delay. Let me know when it arrives, and sorry again for the issues!
