Which version orc do you guys prefer to imagine as your bad guys?
The older hog headed orcs?

I have a lot of orc minis, from all across the years/editions. I now assume that orcs are extremely mutable and often horribly interbred. So some look pig-like, some are Cro and there are various shades inbetween.

I try to pick up at least one orc mini each year in the flea market room at DunDraCon, just to add to the randomness of style, sculpt, vintage and manufacturer. And I've painted some in transition colors inbetween the old pinkish orcs and the bright green orcs and the 3e purpleish orcs....

They're mongrels.

I prefer the "Cro" version, but only because I am a Biologist and can believe they can create off spring with humans.
