They are writing a GenCon History book, and they've been running story and photo submission contests. The ones that are voted on the most win free GenCon badges.
I bring this up because this week, two of the categories are tournament stories and tournament photos. I think the Dungeon Crawl Classics tournament should be in there.
I plan to submit a story and some DCC tournament photos anyway, but we've already won free badges....so I won't have people voting on them.
Submit your best tournament story and tournament photos!
To everyone else - get in there and vote for the DCC entries!

The GenConHistory site is just a forum. Anyone can post stories or photos to them, and anyone can vote on them.
I sent my stories and photos directly to them (because I've already won a badge), so they won't show up on the board. I sent some photos from round 3 of Crypt of the Devil Lich, and a short DCC tournament story from last year.
Anyone has until noon Pacific time to submit anything. You can also submit after the cutoff date, but you won't be competing for a free badge.

I did this as well, and spoke to the author of the book. He took down my story of how I went to my first GenCon and went from simple ol' Ben Waxman to THE SUPERFAN. All it took was one DCC tourney (Crypt of the Devil Lich) and I was hooked. After that I started mapping out the DCC's, collecting, interacting with the Goodman Games staff, and general loss of dignity and superfandom.
It's been a great ride. Can't wait to see the book!
