Goodman Games

I'd like to look at these rules but as far as I can tell the only place you can get at them is in the Lankhmar boxed set. I'm not too keen on Lankhmar so I'm hoping they are spelled out in another book I can buy. Is my hope in vain?

I'm new to DCC but I've loved what I have seen and purchased a lot of books. But one thing that bugs me is that it seems like wizards are getting all the fun with the whole Patron concept. It seems there should be a lot more use for Patron play with the other classes. Am I missing something or is it...
