Re: Quick Question about Sailors and "Tomb of the Fallen"

Hi!
Seems like I can't figure out (probably I overread it?) where that south-east entrance to the tomb comes from? From 1-1? The text doesnt mention it...
If that assumption is correct, is the passage from 1-1 obvious or shall it rather be hidden?

Why is it called funnel?

Maybe it is just me who wonders, as I am not a native speaker but:

Isn't a funnel a device where EVERYTHING that goes in comes out (unless you pour too fast)? Isn't 0-level DCC the exact opposite? Why didn't you call it filter or sieve?

cheers,

Re: Who handles the tables?

I am still not convinced buy the "tables are only suggestions" thing. The Mighty Deed thing for example is something that is praised in all the reviews. But if it is not something that players feel that theres a mechanic behind it, what is the point then? Whats the difference to making an ...

Who handles the tables?

Hi there! I'm new to DCC and have only read the rules so far. Now I am trying to figure out how certain things would work best to emphasize the unique aspects of DCC. I am wondering how other judges handle tables like Mercurial Effects and Mighty Deeds. Should the players have access to the tables a...
