Re: Appendix N Comic Books
i have been rereading 2000AD slaine comics and while it is obvious howard hommage it manages to invert s&s tropes and introduce, gasp, feminist hero while retaining all the charm of the muscle-bound barbarian yarn.

Re: Question about "The Balance Blade" conclusion
Mr. Goodman, You write "the wizard is typically slain by his allies." I know my crew and this brings a question to mind and I would like your thoughts as author of this adventure. My gang would not run the wizard through, 99 times out of 100. They would tackle him, knock him out, or other...

a question 'bout purple planet
hi everybody,
one question regarding purple planet KS and all that. have you considered (or maybe is it already included) some advice on running 'peril' for a group of purple planet natives a la 'frozen in time' cave people? or something like that.

i really love patron spellburn tables because they reinforce the feeling that wizard is actually offering part of himself to some outside party. but what about patronless wizards? has anyone made similar, unpredictable, table for them?

i love stranger in a strange land start of the eyes. it is heavy handed but usable in dcc especially for a funnel. for example old uk module eye of the serpent uk module starts with pcs being carried of to a distant mountain peak by a roc and than they have to get down that mountain.
