For your information, within Adobe Acrobat there is an option to reduce the size of a file. If you do this, the beta pdf will go from 25megs to 11megs.

That would make it quicker to download, quicker to print, and use less of your sites bandwidth.

They are scaled to match Reaper. Jason Weibe is a sculptor for Reaper and he did almost all of the sculpts.

I would keep them plastic and sell them painted as non random RPG competition against the WotC DDM stuff. Reaper and others have the metal/ painting thing locked down.
