Is the module unaltered in this printing except for the addition of Seeds of Evil?

That sounds like for the the PDF versions they are all new or updated except for the Treant guide.

Does anyone know which titles in this series are 3.5 compatible?

Since I know most are, maybe the easier question is which aren't
