Is there anyone who played Sunken Ziggurat and whose players solved the riddle?

Is there an error on the "wind" riddle in Sunken Ziggurat, area 3.13? It is pointed out, that the correct answer for north wind is moderate, cold. IMO this is contradictory to table 1, " a strong wind is greater than a moderate wind" and table 2 " the cold wind is least"...
