There's one in my Barnes & Noble, as well as Dragonmech books and some DCCs. What little power I wield in the book industry, I wield for righteous causes. :)

Monstrous Mechs was put off in favor of another sourcebook that I think will be of greater interest to more DragonMech fans. It's "Almanac of the Endless Traders," tentatively scheduled for spring '06, and it's a broad gazetteer of sorts, focusing on the parts of Highpoint that weren't co...

How do most people handle mech to mech combat in their games? Is their much close range combat or it pretty much all long range stuff? Honestly, I try to minimize the amount of mech to mech combat that happens. Or I try to control the circumstances enough that I don't have to worry about the huge r...

Sounds to me like it would work okay. The DragonMech setting is pretty much just a generic D&D setting with a different history over the last 100 years or so (or at least it was before there were bunches of supplements). Given that, I'd think you could put whatever DragonMech core book elements ...

Coglayer jargon

Here are some handy words for talking like a coglayer. VERBS: adjust, align, assemble, balance, calculate, calibrate, connect, depressurize, dismantle, equalize, fine tune, install, localize, lubricate, maintain, manufacture, overhaul, patch, pressurize, redirect, redline, regulate, release, replace...

No one can defeat the crocodile! I'm not much of a miniatures guy, but they were fine figures. The non-tournament DCC I ran went quite well. The players seemed quite happy with it, and a couple of them stopped by and bought some of the other ones. For that matter, at least one person from each game ...

Nekroborg is Highpoint's premiere heavy metal band! Formed by human bard Arn Guersson, the band really hit its stride three years ago when Arn met a gnomish coglayer by the name of Pobar Clankwhiddle. Clankwhiddle was amazed by Arn's vision, and devoted his considerable technical abilites to making ...

The dwarf warrior in my group would charge every opponent with little regard for his own safety, and somehow it worked out for him. One time the group was about to engage a group of orcs in a narrow underground passage, and the coglayer threw out a bunch of ballbearings onto the floor. "Let the...

First Goodman product I got into was Dragonmech, and I loves it even though I've never really been a big fan of mechs. From there I got into the DCCs, but I have yet to really look at the other stuff. Etherscope looks neat ( ) too.
